What do Power Savers do?

Power Saver Units are designed to save you money, extend the life of any piece of equipment in your home that is powered by electricity, and, extraordinarily enough, to do this year after year.

How does the Power Saver work?

This device operates by adjusting the power factor of the incoming supply into your house/office/shop/factory etc. For it to work optimally, it should be installed as close as possible to the point of entry of your electricity supply. This allows it to detect all loads after the meter and adjust the power factor accordingly. If it is installed too far down the circuit, it will not be able to affect the electricity supply to other appliances ahead of it.

The intelligent technology optimizes the voltage and current demands thus reducing the active power/KwH demands and achieves up to 40% savings on your electric bill.

How will the Power Saver protect my electrical equipment?

The capacitors and intelligent digital technology inside each unit will smooth out the electricity that comes into your house and reduce surges and spikes. Your equipment will last longer and work more efficiently.

What kind of Savings can I expect?

Power Savers guarantees 15% to 40% on your electric bill. Other companies offer only an 6% savings guarantee.

Are there other benefits?

Power Savers also act as electromagnetic filters, protecting you and your family from harmful invisible effects of electromagnetic waves.

Why Customers complaint no saving!!!

The following tips are helpful in determining why there is no reduction in the cost of the electric bills after installing the device for at least a month.

•  Apparent non-reduction of the electric bill after one month of use. This happens when the Utility monthly bills is an estimated bill instead of actual metered bill (certain area)

•  For certain equipment / electrical appliances, you may use more often when your business volume increases such as for month of January, your sales volume is 50k, and Feb, your sales volume is 80k, which represent an increases of 0sales of 60%, in this case, you will definitely see your electricity bill increases as well.

•  For factory, overtime, extra production lines will definitely shows increase of electricity bill

4. Use more electricity after install Power.Tune (very common). There is before install Power.Tune, air-conditioner only use 4 hours a day, after installed Power.Tune, air-conditioner uses 8 hours a day. This will definitely bring up the electricity consumption.

5. Power.Tune having been installed has been left switched off after the power point has been used for other appliances.

6. Power.Tune has been installed mid way after the reading of the previous bill or just before the next bill and so does not show a reduction when the bill comes. Too short a period to see the difference.

7. Users' electric power usage is not typical or consistent. E g. Periods of heavy electrical usage fluctuating with periods of very low electrical usage. There is no constant pattern of use. This does not mean that the Power.Tune is not working. An accurate way to judge this situation is to compare the actual bills and average them over 3 months to get a pattern of average monthly consumption and compare it with the preceding 3 months before installation of the Power.Tune.

8. The User installs additional equipment after the Power.Tune Device has been installed. This in effect increases the electrical consumption of the premise over and above what the Power.Tune was originally designed for.

9. User does not install the recommended number of units of Power.Tune calculated according to their monthly consumption, either due to lack of available power points or installation of additional power-consuming appliances. The Power.Tune is stretched to its limits and cannot perform efficiently. Each unit of the PT-02 can handle a monthly maximum load not exceeding 2000 KWH x 3 phase (6000KWH) and if a household's electrical load exceeds it, 2 units should be installed per phase or else the results will not show a reduction in power consumed as the device is overworked. E g. instead of installing 2 units recommended per phase, (2 for each phase), Owner only installs one unit in each of the 3 phase. Example, a customer merely installs 1 unit in a 3 phase wired building. The Power.Tune does not cover the other 2 phases; hence the Power.Tune does not seem to give good results.

10. The same situation applies to a premise with 3 phase electrical wiring system. There are insufficient power points to install the recommended number of Power.Tune to optimize the savings (i.e. install a lesser quantity than the recommended units).

11. Savings will be substantial on appliances with inductive loads (motor-related appliances like Air-Conditioner, Freezers, fridge, Fans etc). Savings will be less on heating elements however will prolong the lifespan of the appliances

12. The conditions of the household appliances also affect the performances of the Power.Tune. Well-maintained appliances certainly cost less to operate (energy efficient) and if after installation of the device, owners neglect to continue maintaining the appliances (Such as Air-conditioner, servicing the filters, condensers, heat exchangers at the due intervals), this will make the electrical appliances work harder, hence increasing your electrical bill.

13. Ambient temperature also has an effect on the performance of the device. On hotter days, the air conditioner will use more energy to cool the rooms and so the device while reducing the cost of the bills will have to work on higher parameters of ambient temperatures and extra load. This will tend to give an "apparent" indication that the device does not work

14. Installed wrong model

15. Installed on multiple plug point or extension wire

16. Electricity companies billing cycle not consistent.
